General Information

• A deposit of one night's stay is required to hold reservation.
• Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. If not, deposit will be refunded ONLY if we rent the room.
• Check in: 2:00 p.m.
• Check out: 11:00 a.m.
• Room fees include full country breakfast served in the dining room, which may include: homemade muffins and breads, French Crepes (house specialty) with pure New York maple syrup, fresh fruit (when available), or bacon and farm fresh eggs. Freshly brewed coffee and herbal teas available at all times.
• Rates: $125.00 to $200.00/night double occupancy.
• There is a $15.00 charge for additional person in room.
• Room fees do not include 4% Otsego County Bed Tax.
